Government establishment known the benefit it will render to public, private sector, public servant during service or retired from service .           A decision refers to making a single choice in given situation. It is a goal seeking process and involves choosing from a set of alternative course of action in other to achieve a well define objectives.

Motivation mean different thing to different people. However motivation is a kind of center, which its aim is geared toward getting the best out of an individual or a group. It is the process of a influencing carbonates or followers to work for a course desire by the motivators or leader. That is, ensuring appropriate behavior or worker in ad organization. It is concern with inducing people to work to the best of their ability that is why government establish Enugu state housing development (ESHDC) , to help the public servant and public in general. Decision making also involve the italicization of limited recourse efficiently and effectively at attain specific goal. This is because different need. This management of this corporation drew its initial work force from universities. College of technology and polytechnics fill the pressing need for the necessary personnel to run the new corporation at its inception. A large bureaucratic organization, the Enugu state housing development corporation is made up of division department and unit through which the day to day business of the corporation ia carried out. The corporation is organization into several cadres, which make up the total staff strength of the service.

(1) The general manager is the chief executive of the corporation. He is responsible for the implementation of all the polices of the governor of the state and also handed down by the board of directors.

Also the potential of service of the organization through the assistant to the management of all level is a major goal for professional manager to improve the management tools a motivation to increase the productivity of workers.

(2) This discussion of management concept has been in terms of any business of non-business organization. It is also appropriate to recognize that these management concepts can be used directly by individual department and by the total professionals.
